The project includes the performance of modernisation works at 151 km of the line in the areas of the Local Control Centers (LCC) in Nasielsk, Działdowo and Tczew and the first stage of modernisation of the Gdynia Główna Osobowa station and also the purchase of lands for the implementation of 3rd stage of the modernisation.

The modernisation works will be performed based on 16 contracts:

1. Ten contracts for construction works:

• Nasielsk LCC area: modernisation of Legionowo, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Modlin stations;
• Nasielsk LCC area: modernisation of routes: Legionowo – Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, NowyDwór Mazowiecki – Nasielsk, Nasielsk – Świerszcze;
• Nasielsk LCC area: Warsaw East – Legionowo section, Nasielsk station;
• Nasielsk LCC area: construction of 17 two-level crossings;
• re-building of Gdynia station, stage 1;
• Tczew LCC area: modernisation of Tczew and Pszczółki stations and modernisation of Szymankowo – Tczew, Tczew – Pszczółki, Pszczółki – Pruszcz Gdański routes;
• Tczew LCC area: construction of 2 two-level crossings;
• Działdowo LCC area: modernisation of Iłowo, Działdowo, Gralewo, Rybno Pomorskie, Montowo stations;
• modernisation of Mława- Iłowo, Iłowo – Działdowo, Działdowo – Gralewo, Gralewo – Rybno Pomorskie, Rybno Pomorskie – Montowo routes;
• Działdowo LCC area: construction of two-level crossings;

2. Four contracts for Contract Engineer supervision over the construction works performance:

• Nasielsk LCC area;
• Działdowo LCC area;
• Tczew LCC area;
• Gdynia Główna station, stage I;

3. One contract for project management by a Project Manager;

4. One contract for information and promotion activities.
